Zomir Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 2, 2026
Zomir is a daily rhythm and gentle reminder application designed to help users organize recurring habits, light reminder moments, reminder themes, and related profile settings. This Privacy Policy describes the categories of information that may be handled through the Zomir app, the reasons we may use that information, and the choices available to you.
1. Who This Policy Applies To
This policy applies to users of the Zomir mobile application. If local law requires a specific minimum age for digital consent, you should use the App only if you meet that requirement. We do not intentionally build experiences directed at users below that age inside Zomir.
2. Categories of Data
2.1 Information You Submit
- Identity and Profile Details: Such as your chosen display name, avatar, signature, and similar profile elements.
- Reminder and Rhythm Entries: Titles, notes, schedule preferences, drafts, selected themes, completion settings, and similar reminder-related content.
- Media Attachments: Photos or voice recordings that you deliberately add while using supported features.
- Communications: Feedback submissions, support messages, and other communications you choose to send.
- AI Assistant Interaction Data: When you use the AI Rhythm Assistant feature, your chat messages, questions, rhythm preferences, schedule patterns, and usage data are collected and transmitted to our third-party AI service provider (DeepSeek API) to generate personalized rhythm recommendations and conversational responses. This data is processed on DeepSeek's servers. Before using the AI Assistant, you will be prompted to read and accept our data collection notice that clearly explains what information is sent and how it is used.
2.2 Information Collected Through Use of the App
- Usage Records: Such as reminder completion states, streak values, feature interactions, and saved preferences.
- Technical Context: Device model, operating system version, app version, and limited operational diagnostics.
- Connectivity Context: Basic information needed when a feature requires network access.
- Advertising and Attribution Context: If you grant tracking permission where required by your operating system, we may receive or use limited identifiers and attribution signals, such as the device advertising identifier, to understand whether advertising or promotional activity led to app use, measure campaign performance, prevent fraud, and improve product reliability.
2.3 Permissions
- Camera Permission: Requested only when you choose to capture an image in the App.
- Photo Library Permission: Requested when you choose an image from your device.
- Microphone Permission: Requested if you record a voice memo.
- Tracking Permission: On platforms that require App Tracking Transparency or similar permission prompts, Zomir may ask for your permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps or websites. If you allow tracking, we may use the device advertising identifier and related attribution signals for advertising measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, and campaign optimization. If you do not allow tracking, Zomir will not access the device advertising identifier for tracking purposes, and your ability to use the App's core reminder and rhythm features will not be affected.
- Internet Access: Required for web-based pages and any online service flow you intentionally trigger.

DeepSeek processes this data on their servers according to their own privacy policy and terms of service. We require that DeepSeek provides the same or equal protection for your data as described in this Privacy Policy.
